由于中頻感應(yīng)加熱的原理為電磁感應(yīng)，其熱量在工件內(nèi)自身產(chǎn)生，普通工人用中頻電爐上班后十分鐘即可進(jìn)行鍛造任務(wù)的連續(xù)工作，不需燒爐專業(yè)工人提前進(jìn)行燒爐和封爐工作。由于該加熱方式升溫速度快，所以氧化極少，中頻加熱鍛件的氧化燒 損僅為0.5%，煤氣爐加熱的氧化燒損為2%，燃煤爐達(dá)到3%，中頻加熱工藝節(jié)材，每噸鍛件和燒煤爐相比至少節(jié)約鋼材原材料20-50千克。其材料利用率可達(dá)95%。由于該加熱方式加熱均勻，芯表溫差極小，所以在鍛造方面還大大的增加了鍛模的壽命，鍛件表面的粗糙度也小于50um工藝節(jié)能，中頻加熱比重油加熱節(jié)能31.5%～ 54.3%，比煤氣加熱節(jié)能5%～40%。加熱質(zhì)量好，可降低廢品率1.5%，提高生產(chǎn) 率10%～30%，延長模具壽命10%～15%。
